IS REMOTE RIGHT FOR ME?

I’ll be frank, I don’t think remote performance rehab guidance is for everyone. Some people prefer a more modality/passive approach, while some people have different needs or situations that would benefit from some in-person guidance.

I find that folks who are familiar with being active, being in a gym environment, and those who are process/goal oriented have excellent outcomes when it comes to remote guidance.

Who do you work with?

I work with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers. I believe that if you have a body, you’re an athlete.

While my background is in working with strength athletes (weightlifters, powerlifters, CrossFitters) and youth athletes, I’m happy to connect and work with everyday athletes who have specific goals in mind!
